Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your gemstone is shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the provided tracking link, which becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, please note that Sapphire Pal is not responsible for customs charges or import taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
