Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and items must be received back within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at pete@sapphirepal.com. We will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items. Contact us with any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item, and once accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
